Are you employed outside the home? Number of hours (including to and from work)?

Details of household (ages of children, # and type of pets, etc.).

Do you have a car in which the puppy may travel? Is your yard securely fenced (min. height = 5 ft.)

Can you devote the time to walk, educate and exercise the puppy?

Are you aware of, and prepared to cope with, puppy behavior, such as chewing, digging, etc.?
